Andy is a small groups pastor in Athens, Ga. He and his wife, Tara, visited India in 1999 and saw the first two children come into K-Family. They have been friends of AIM ever since. Andy chairs the Asia Impact Ministry advisory board and has been an invaluable help in strengthening the infrastructure of AIM.
Jonathan is a practicing attorney in Birmingham, Alabama. Before he began the practice of law, he and his family served for nearly 10 years in full-time ministry in both Southeast Asia and Central America. It was during his time in SE Asia that Jonathan formed the lifelong friendships that gave him a special love for AIM and its mission.
Steve is the Lead Pastor of Vintage 242 church. He has been a friend. frequent visitor and ministry partner with K-Family since its inception in 1999 and a Board member of Sons and Daughters for the past 7 years.
Randel co-founded Vintage 242 Church in 2009, serves as the pastor of Missions and Outreach, and advocates for strong, healthy families as a member of the State Board of the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services. She has been a long-time supporter of K-Family and most recently served the Sons & Daughters missionaries on their retreat in Thailand.
Donna Downs is the Owner and Principal Consultant of The Reverb Group. Donna has been a longtime supporter and friend of AIM and loves to see the ripple effects of the ministry reaching hundreds of lives across the region.
Harrison is an entrepreneur at heart and takes pride in working with businesses whose impacts expand beyond the traditional financial bottom-line. He and his wife, Taylor, and their four kids spent the past 12 years living in India, starting and working alongside businesses. They spent two years working on staff with the K-Family in India and have continued to support, partner with, and maintain relationships within AIM. Harrison has also been a part of various cross-cultural business networks and forums,.
Tammy is the director and founder of Asia Impact Ministries. She graduated from Asbury Seminary with a Masters in cross-cultural studies. She moved to India in 1998 and served there for 23 years. She continues to parent her beloved 46, most of whom are now young adults. One of her passions is coming alongside them in tangible ways as they discover God’s calling for their lives. She resides in Thailand where she opens up her home as a place for respite, rest and sabbath for her giant Indian family and cross-cultural workers from all over.
